How to Submit a Helpful Bug Report

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help. Here's what to include:

1App & Device Information

  • App name and version number
  • Device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, Galaxy S24)
  • Operating system version (e.g., iOS 18.1, Android 15)

Tip: On iOS, find device info in Settings → General → About. On Android, go to Settings → About Phone.

2Steps to Reproduce

List the exact steps you took before the issue occurred. Be specific—if you tapped a button, tell us which one. If you entered data, describe what kind.

3Expected vs. Actual Behavior

Tell us what you expected to happen and what actually happened. This helps us understand if something is a bug or working as designed.

4Reproducibility

Does the issue happen every time, or only sometimes? Can you make it happen again by following the same steps? This information is crucial for debugging.

5Screenshots or Screen Recordings

If possible, attach a screenshot or screen recording showing the issue. A picture is worth a thousand words—and saves us both time.
